Een belevenis op zich

Two chocolate enthusiasts and a lovely shop. They have single-origin bars, selected pralines by Belgian chocolatiers, And most importantly, kindness, dedication, and patience. I bought a few boxes of chocolate. As a goodbye, I got a praline filled with cardamom-blackcurrant ganache and I still regret weeks later that I didn’t go back to buy a box full of those. Yummy!

A great spot to try chocolates and shop souvenirs! We were looking for traditional Belgian chocolates as a gift from our trip. The owners were really friendly and took their time to explain their sustainable Approach to chocolates and packaging. 😊 We tried some samples and love the different flavors. We enjoyed a wide assortment of chocolate and chocolate-based products, including things that are made with the by-products of the chocolate making process. We learned so much!

Our first day in Ghent started with our private tasting with Dorien In their beautiful store. It was one of our best experiences in Ghent. We learned so much about chocolate and the process of making it. It was informative, interesting and fun as well as delicious. She opened my eyes and palate to unique flavors paired with the chocolates and left me wanting more artisanal Belgium chocolate.

This was amazing and well worth the money. Very educational yet fun, didn’t expect to try as many drinks and chocolates as we did but there were loads!! Making your own chocolate bar, own hot chocolate, then trying another 4 or so drinks on top of that, while also having lots of chocolate drops and bon bons, Would definitely recommend.
